Eating healthy IS delicious. Trust us. At SPRMRKT, we’re all about making healthy eating exciting, accessible, and sustainable.

This January, we’re doing away with fad diets and extreme detoxes. Instead, we’re trying to help you kickstart a healthy relationship with food – one that hopefully lasts longer than a month, or however long the average New Year’s resolution lasts.

Instead, January for us this year has a new name: Veganuary. Because we’re a vegetable-forward restaurant, we’re levelling up on our dishes that are vegetarian (and sometimes even unintentionally vegan). You won’t even miss the meat.

What’s new on the menu? Not one, but THREE new vegan dishes will be on our specials menu this Veganuary. No meat, no dairy.

Seared Cauliflower & Brown Rice, might sound bland but these are made impossibly flavourful with a stock of Daikon and Shiitake mushrooms and served on underrated Cambodian brown rice.

Miso Eggplant & Ancient Grains, brings richness and umami that’s rare in vegan dishes. Barley and farro are also substantial and nutritious.

Pumpkin Katsu & Okra Tempura, the name speaks for itself and a staff favourite! On the side is a parsnip and coconut mash that’ll win over even the fussiest eaters.

You’ll also notice that we’re not creating fake/mock-meat – that’s not our style. We think produce tastes great as is, and we do our best to bring out its incredible natural flavours. We want to be able to kickstart a healthy relationship with food by embracing produce that’s good for you and making it deliciously irresistible. And we think we’ve done it.
