Court & Collab – a Collaborative Space
SPRMRKT has always celebrated creativity and collaboration. We keep things exciting, always engaging our guests in new ways, through different mediums – food, art, retail, music, etc.,
In order to sustain this, we’ve decided to transform and share our space at Cluny Court with Telok Ayer Arts Club and convert it into a research and development unit where our chefs, retail and marketing team will get to test new recipes, products and ideas.
This new project will be named “Court & Collab” and it is a project of love for all things creative, heritage, vegan and vegetable-forward, showcased in one location at Cluny Court.
On this note, SPRMRKT at Cluny Court will find new life as a collaborative space between Telok Ayer Arts Club and SPRMRKT. As a collaboration between the two exciting brands, this partnership, named Court & Collab, will be a showcase of the best in both heritage food and vegetable-forward cuisine.
The menu consists of key dishes from SPRMRKT’s signature produce-driven menu, with a keener focus on vegan and vegetarian fare, as well as heritage food from Telok Ayer Arts Club that’s both fiercely loyal to its roots, yet always innovative and exciting.
